Transfer funds directly in to our account, as soon as the funds have been credited we will process your order.

Postage / Delivery

Royal Mail

:: Your items will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st class or RM Standard Parcel service (unless other wise informed) within
1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) excluding bank holidays or otherwise stated on the site.
:: All orders after Friday 14.00hrs and at the weekend will be posted Monday,
unless special arrangements have been made.

Postage prices are as follows:-

:: Up to 0.1 KG = £1.88
:: Up to 0.2 KG = £2.26
:: Up to 0.5 KG = £2.78
:: Up to 0.7KG  = £3.35
:: Up to 1.0 KG = £4.01
:: Up to 1.2KG  = £5.20
:: Up to 1.5KG  = £5.96
:: Up to 1.7KG  = £6.72
:: Up to 2.0KG  = £7.48
:: Up to 2+        = 12.30 (Courier)

Charges include a processing and packaging fee of .30p
All subject to VAT @ 20%

Distance Selling Rules apply to all our Items

Q : Do we accept returns
A : Yes we do.  We accept returns up to 14 days from date of purchase.
This reflects our SafeBuy code requirements of 14 day "cooling off "  period for returns.


Q : Do you except faulty return items
A : For faulty returns contact us with full details of the item and fault reason,
We will issue a returns item number and details of how to return the item.
Returns will not be excepted without a returns item number

Q : Do I get a refund or replacement item
A : Full refund or replacement will be offered if proved faulty.

Q : Who pays for return postage
A : Return items postage will be the responsibility of the returner
Please note.
Proof of postage is not necessarily proof of delivery,
therefore you are strongly advised to send your package by recorded delivery,
registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods.
You are advised to package the product adequately as we cannot accept liability for any damage incurred during delivery.

Returned goods that are faulty or sent in error will be credited in full.
